In this role, we hire and supervise subcontractors and/or self perform the work. General Contracting work is performed as a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), negotiated, cost plus or as a lump-sum construction contract based on completed design documents.
We work with architects, engineers and various consultants through the entire duration of the project in order to ensure the best product is delivered to the client with in the required time frame.
In this role, we manage the construction process from the predesign phase through post-construction. Pre-construction planning (phased scheduling, budget management, bid/Award), contract administration, logistics and daily field management is encompassed in this service.
Depending upon our clients, we can provide ‘construction management at risk’, whereby we hold the individual trade contracts and guarantee the final price or we can provide a ‘construction management with fee’ service, whereby the Owner holds all contracts and thus giving him/her more control over the construction process.
This delivery method allows us to work as a single contact with the client to provide design and construction services.
Our strong relationships with designers, consultants and the government authority fosters collaboration and teamwork which ultimately saves the client money and time during this process.
