Services
General Contracting
In this role work is performed as guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus or negotiated contract based on completed design documents. We work with architects, engineers and consultants through the entire duration of the project in order to ensure the best product is delivered to the client within the required time frame.
Construction Management
In this role we manage the construction process from the design phase through post construction. Pre-construction planning, contract administration, logistics and field management is encompassed in this service. Depending on the client we can provide this service ‘at risk’ or as an agent with a fee.
